Payments

I paid for a year's subscription around December 10, 2024 and it was re-paid some time after the new year of 2025. Shouldn't the system be improved to allow payment to be made after one year from the date of payment so that consumers realize this and don't ask for this? I would like a refund of the amount paid in 2025.
