Autostart and autoshutdown

I'm using it well. Thank you.

If this is a non-business service, it's time-based, so if you accidentally don't end the recording, it may continue to consume time. It would be nice to have an option to automatically end if there is no specific time-driven audio input.

Autostart would be trickier, but it would be nice to have the ability to integrate with a calendar app or something to automatically run at that time.
